Q – How will my package be shipped?
A – Orders are shipped via First Class Mail for orders less than 13 ounces, US Priority Mail for those orders over 13 ounces and US Priority Mail Flat Rate for those larger orders further away from Indianapolis, Indiana.  Priority Mail offers 3-5 day service to most domestic destinations.  

Q – How long does it take to get my soaps?
A – It normally takes 3-5 business days (not counting weekends and holidays) for your order to work fully through our processing system to be ready to ship.  This is provided the soaps you order are already handmade and are ready to ship.  Shipping  itself can take up to 5 additional business days depending on how far the order has to travel from our facility in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Expect your soaps in approximately 6-10 working days.

Q – Can I put a RUSH on my order?
A – We are sorry but we do not offer rush service.  Our items are made when your order is placed or we may have some soaps already made and we take great pride on the quality of soaps we provide. Sometimes soaps are sold out temporarily due to their popularity and we need time to handmake your soaps for you or we are waiting on a toy supplier to ship their product to us.  In that case, it may take 2-3 weeks to get you the Clean Fun Soap you need.  I do many wedding receptions, baby showers, and extremely large family/high school reunions so, if you are close to the date of the event, especially for a large order (less than 60 days), please contact us to see if the items can be shipped in time.

Q – Do you ship outside the United States, Alaska and Hawaii?
A – Yes, we do.  We can ship to Canada, Europe, Mexico and Australia by Priority Mail International and Priority Mail International Flat Rate (both up to 20lbs per box).  Check out our list:  Austria, Australia, Alberta, British Columbia, China, Denmark, France, Finland, Gibraltar, Germany, Greenland, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Manitoba, Norway, Netherlands, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Portugal, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Saskatchewan, United Kingdom, Vatican City State, and Yukon.  We’re happy to coordinate shipping for you should you live outside of these areas!  You are welcome to email us before ordering so we can look up accurate shipping quotes for your area!  APO addresses are also welcomed.Dinosaur, Tyrannosaurus Rex - 3.5oz #120

Q – Is there an order minimum?
A – There is no order minimum.

Q – When do you ship your orders?
A – I will ship your order during the weekdays when the USPS runs their routes, Monday through Friday.  However, I do reserve the right to send out your order when the heat and humidity are at reasonable levels and/or when the tempurature is below freezing in the negative digits.  I like to keep your soap package moving so it is not sitting in an extremely hot or extremely cold warehouse over the weekend. 

Q – My event has been cancelled and I no longer need all the soaps I ordered.  Can I cancel?
A – We will gladly cancel any order before it has shipped.  However, once an order has shipped, it is considered “final” and cannot be cancelled.  We recommend if you need to cancel, please cancel within 48 hours of placement and this must be done in a confirmed email.

Q – Can I return my soaps once I have received them?
A – If you wish to return your soaps, you will need to contact us immediately upon receiving your order.  Returned soap must be received at our facility within 10 days of the date delivered by the USPS to your shipping address.  Returned products will be given a “store credit” redeemable at Clean Fun Soap within one year.  Returns may be subject to restocking fees.  Please email for full details BEFORE sending your package to ensure proper processing. Exceptions are personalized soaps with pictures or special personalized labels, these items are not returnable.

A – So sorry, we do not send out samples.  However, we do send out a complimentary soap with every Clean Fun Soap order placed.

Q – How can I contact Clean Fun Soap?
A – The website is open 24 hours a day seven days a week.
